Carol Zeman was born and raised in Wauwatosa. She attended UWM and Alverno College with a business major and computer science minor. For 25 years she worked in the Information Technology profession using both massage and chiropractic as coping strategies for the repetitive stress to neck and shoulders from sitting at a desk in front of a computer. In 2012, she decided she wanted to be in a profession where she could help other people with massage therapy. Carol attended massage school part-time graduating in 2013 from Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy. She obtained additional massage therapy education  since graduating in 2013 including:

• Precision NeuroMuscular Therapeutic Massage (PNMT)
• Kinesio Taping
• Massage Cupping
• Hot Stone

Carol raised two sons who attended Menomonee Falls Schools, both are now adults and leading their own fulfilling lives. When not performing massage, Carol now has time for hobbies such as hiking, biking, flat water kayaking, reading health related or finance topics, and suspense fiction. She also enjoys Swing, Salsa, and Ballroom dance.
